When the people who need to be in the room are spread across offices, homes and jurisdictions, online mediation lets them all take part from wherever they are, while the process stays every bit as structured, confidential and focused as a day spent face to face.
As a Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist, I regularly bring together UK, UAE and international parties, running secure and well-paced sessions across time zones and legal systems, so a resolution is not held up by the cost, delay and disruption of getting everyone to one location.
Before the day
I speak privately with each side to explain the process, test the technology and understand the issues and the people. These calls often shorten the mediation itself.
On the day
We meet on a secure video platform. Sessions run jointly or separately, each party keeps a private breakout room, and you can ask to speak with me alone at any time.
Confidentiality
Everything that protects an in-person mediation applies online. Please join from somewhere you will not be overheard; no part of the mediation may be recorded.
What you'll need
