Services · UK Mediation
Civil & commercial mediation across England & Wales.
I provide civil and commercial mediation across England and Wales, assisting parties to resolve disputes efficiently and discreetly without the cost and disruption of full court proceedings. Mediation enables parties to retain control over outcome while working with an independent neutral whose role is to facilitate a negotiated resolution.
Mediations can be arranged in London and throughout the UK, or conducted online where parties or decision-makers are based in different locations. I regularly work with solicitors, in-house legal teams, insurers and business stakeholders, and tailor the process to the dynamics and requirements of each dispute.
