Services
Confidential mediation for commercial, IP and civil disputes.
Every dispute has its own texture: its own unique complexities, layers, and nuances. My job is to peel that back and hold a structured, confidential process that helps you reach a resolution: quickly, discreetly, and without losing sight of what actually matters.
01
Commercial & Contract Mediation
For businesses of every stage
Commercial disputes are often as much about relationships and risk as they are about legal rights. As a qualified lawyer and accredited mediator, I bring both a technical understanding of commercial agreements and a structured process that helps parties find workable solutions without the cost and delay of litigation.
I work with businesses of every size across the UK, UAE and internationally, on matters ranging from straightforward contractual disagreements to complex multi-party and cross-border disputes.
Disputes you might bring to mediation include:
02
IP & Brand-Related Disputes
For founders, agencies and brand owners
IP disputes are rarely just about legal rights. They are about identity, investment and the future of a business or creative work.
As a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with experience across UK and international portfolios and coordinating multi-jurisdictional matters, I bring substantive IP knowledge that most mediators cannot offer. I understand how IP rights work across different legal systems, how they are valued, and what is genuinely at stake on both sides.
Many IP disputes are not contained within a single jurisdiction. Brand infringement happens online. Licensing failures span continents. Parties, advisers and evidence are often in different countries, and managing a mediation process effectively in that environment requires specific training, not just familiarity with video calls.
I hold the Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist (DDRS) diploma, which qualifies me to run mediation processes online and across borders. In IP disputes particularly, where infringing activity happens online, where parties are in different countries, and where the subject matter spans domain names, e-commerce platforms and digital licensing, that capability is directly relevant. I am also accredited by the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), reflecting recognised competence in international dispute resolution practice.
This combination of substantive IP expertise, international portfolio experience and specialist digital dispute resolution training is not common in a mediator. It means I can help parties explore solutions that a court cannot order: licensing arrangements, coexistence agreements or commercial settlements that work across borders.

Civil, Personal & Community Mediation
For individuals, families, communities, and civil matters of all kinds
Not all disputes belong in a courtroom, and not all that do belong there need to end there. Many of the most significant conflicts people face, in their families, their homes, their workplaces and their communities, are better resolved through a structured, confidential conversation.
If you have a dispute and are unsure whether mediation applies, please get in touch before assuming it does not.
Disputes you might bring to mediation include:
Online and Cross-Border Mediation
All three service areas above can be conducted entirely online. As a qualified Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist (DDRS) and SIMI-accredited mediator, I am specifically trained to run mediation processes online and across borders. Whether your dispute is domestic or spans multiple countries and time zones, the process can be structured to work.
